How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed via inquiry are confirmed by email once processed.
How do I request a Certificate of Analysis?
COAs are available for every compound and lot we supply. Simply contact us with the product name and your order reference (if applicable) and we will send the relevant documentation.
Can I request bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Email info@doradoresearch.co with your institution, compound list, and quantities and we will provide a wholesale quote.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order information and we will make it right.
Are your products for human use?
No. All Dorado Research products are supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory research use. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and must not be used as food, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices.
