Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed through Dorado Research (doradoresearch.co) for Research Use Only (RUO) peptide compounds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of laboratory research compounds — which require specialized handling, controlled storage, and strict chain-of-custody documentation — all sales are final once an order has been shipped. We are unable to accept returns of research chemical products under any standard circumstances.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our compounds and the safety of the research community, and to comply with applicable regulations governing research chemicals.
2. Exceptions — Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
We will investigate and resolve the following issues if reported within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery:
- Wrong product shipped — if you receive a compound different from what was confirmed in your order.
- Significantly damaged shipment — if the product arrives in a condition that clearly compromises its research utility due to a shipping or packaging failure.
- Missing items — if confirmed items are absent from the delivered package.
To initiate a claim, email info@doradoresearch.co with the subject line “Order Issue — [Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the shipment, packaging, and affected products.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without photographic evidence may not be eligible for resolution.
3. Resolution
Upon review of a valid claim, Dorado Research may, at its sole discretion:
- Issue a replacement shipment of the correct or undamaged product.
- Provide a store credit toward a future order.
- Issue a partial or full refund to the original payment method.
Resolution is determined case by case. We reserve the right to request additional information before making a determination.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Products returned without prior written approval from Dorado Research.
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used.
- Orders cancelled after shipment has occurred.
- Products that were improperly stored after delivery.
- Claims of dissatisfaction based solely on personal expectations unrelated to documented product quality issues.
5. Order Cancellation
Because orders are processed promptly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 business hours of order confirmation. After that window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Contact info@doradoresearch.co immediately with your order number if you need to request a cancellation.
6. Compliance Note
All returned or disputed products remain the buyer’s responsibility for proper handling and disposal in accordance with applicable regulations for research chemicals. Do not return products without explicit written instructions from us, as unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.
