Description
CJC-1295 No DAC, also designated Modified GRF(1-29) or Mod GRF 1-29, is a truncated analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone comprising the first 29 amino acids of native GHRH with four strategic amino acid substitutions — at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 — designed to enhance proteolytic resistance while preserving receptor binding affinity. Unlike its DAC-conjugated counterpart, this version lacks the drug affinity complex, resulting in a short-acting secretagogue that produces discrete GH pulses mimicking physiological GHRH signaling.
Research applications include studies of pituitary somatotroph responsiveness, comparative pharmacokinetic profiling between GHRH analogues of differing half-lives, and synergistic GH release experiments with ghrelin mimetics (GHRPs). CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg is used in in vitro receptor occupancy assays and in vivo rodent models to investigate short-duration GH pulse dynamics and the dose-response characteristics of the GHRH receptor system. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
